In this course, we will explore the key perspectives and organizing principles for
effective leadership in a collaborative setting.  Participants will practice the use of values-embedded stories to create social and psychological space for purposeful collaboration, practice designing and pitching strategic project ideas, learn how to join with others in effective social structures to complete significant projects, and create a vision for their future as effective leaders.
